Book Your Free Consultation

Enjoy a free 15-minute consultation with Julien at Castle Wellness to explore therapy options. This no-obligation session lets you discuss needs and ask questions, setting the rhythm for your journey. Offered online or in-person.

Step 2

Schedule Your Initial Assessment

Your healing journey starts with a 2-hour Initial Assessment. This session explores your mental health history, defines your concerns, and sets treatment goals with a trauma-informed approach. This session lays the foundation for your rhythm of recovery.

Step 3

Sessions Tailored to You

Ongoing therapy sessions take place in the comfort of The Castle space or by video conference. Each session integrates tools, techniques, and practices to ensure you feel safe, empowered, and supported every step of the way. 

Your initial assessment is $400/2 hours and ongoing sessions are $200/60 mins or $250/90 mins. If you’re in Alberta, you may be able to claim therapy receipts through your health benefits. For international clients, services are classified as “Coaching.”
