Enjoy a free 15-minute consultation with Julien at Castle Wellness to explore your guided journey options. This no-obligation session lets you discuss your goals and ask questions, setting the rhythm for your journey. Offered online or in-person.
Step 2
Schedule Your Initial Assessment
Your journey of transformation begins with a 2-hour Initial Assessment for Guided Journeys ($400). This session delves into your spiritual questions, life transitions, and growth intentions, setting a personalized path with a trauma-informed approach. This session lays the foundation for your rhythm of resilience.
Step 3
Sessions Tailored to You
Ongoing sessions take place in the comfort of The Castle space or by video conference. Each session integrates mindfulness, nature’s wisdom, and conscious strategies, to help you feel empowered and supported while establishing healthy rhythms.
Your initial assessment is $400/2 hours and ongoing sessions are $200/60 mins or $250/90 mins. If you’re in Alberta, you may be able to claim therapy receipts through your health benefits. For international clients, services are classified as “Coaching.”

For those exploring plant medicine journeys, I offer guidance to help you prepare your mindset, intentions, and integration process. While I do not administer or oversee substances, I provide a structured approach for navigating these profound experiences safely and meaningfully.
Support Includes:
