Bridging Wisdom
Indigenous Relations & Education
We offer cultural workshops that blend education, storytelling, and music to foster deeper understanding and respect.
Honoring Culture, Building Bridges
True reconciliation begins with understanding—and understanding begins with listening. Through Bridging Wisdom Workshops, Julien Lepage draws from his own Métis heritage and years of learning directly from elders of the Blood Tribe, Louis Bull, and Cree Nation.
In collaboration with renowned Indigenous educator and performer Walter MacDonald White Bear, these sessions are more than workshops—they’re experiences of shared storytelling, ceremony, and honest dialogue. Rooted in the teachings of the Medicine Wheel and grounded in practical workplace applications, each workshop helps your team move beyond surface-level inclusion initiatives to build authentic, respectful relationships.
