Regulated Group Therapy (Registered Programs)
- Mindfulness Boot Camp – Cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance well-being through guided psychoeducation, sound therapy, and breathwork. A structured 4-session program.
- Self-Leadership Circle – Develop self-awareness and leadership skills with ACT, somatic techniques, and rhythm-based practices in a 4-session program.
Drop-In Wellness Experiences
- Wellness Sound Lab – Explore sound healing instruments like gongs, bowls, and drums in a hands-on session designed for relaxation and sensory exploration.
- Men’s Retreat (Slavic Banya & Rhythms of Resilience) – A transformative 4-hour experience blending hot-cold therapy, sound healing, and deep connection for resilience and renewal.

You’re the navigator of your inner growth, and I’m here to guide you through the Mindfulness Boot Camp—a regulated group therapy program fostering mindfulness to enhance your well-being.
Meeting biweekly on Wednesdays at Castle Wellness (2835 34 Street SW, Calgary, AB), we combine psychoeducation and skills practice based on mindfulness principles, using rhythm-based techniques (drum washes, 432hz bowls, gongs), conscious breathwork, and soundscapes to regulate your brainstem and reduce stress. Studies show mindfulness significantly improves mental and physical health, focus, emotional regulation, relationships, creativity, life satisfaction, and habits.
The schedule includes an Open Session, followed by a 4-session Closed Group, each just under 2 hours (6:15-8:15 PM, 15 mins arrival/settling, 90 mins education, 15 mins wrap-up). Cost is $65 per session (GST-exempt, regulated health service, max 12 participants).
You’ll critically reflect on your practice, observing others, to establish neural pathways for mindful living—available in-person, empowering you to choose mindfulness-based strategies for life’s challenges, with all comfort items (yoga mats, blankets, chairs) provided; bring pen, notepad, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

Open Session: A single drop-in session—ideal for those wanting to try out a program before committing to a full 4-session group.
Closed Group: A structured 4-session experience with the same participants, building trust and deeper connection over time.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in a Closed Group.
