- Outdoor fire pit area (must supply your own firewood, we can supply & keep fire for a fee)
- Den sitting area. Access to wood burning fire place.
- The space (we clear the energy before, during, and after you come with the protocols that have been passed on to me, and some of my own).

- Video footage (so you can be present in the space and we care for the memories)

You also may have access to the Kitchen & humble Dining area (note that this is more for function than for cooking large meals, please). You and your guests also have access to a clean bathroom for your comfort.
